Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to pixel art sprites, animations, sound effects, game mechanics, code, and design, is the intellectual property of theappary.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Advertisements

The App displays non-personalized advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements are part of the App experience and agree to the display of such ads during use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, theappary.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination
